How can I get a VAT receipt?

We will keep a VAT receipt on file for any order placed with us up to 7 years. You can access it by logging in to your account if you have one then printing the receipt from the 'my'order' tab. If you don't have an account you can still access them using the order number and delivery post-code in the 'my account' section. If you cannot access it in either of these pleases you could email us to request the receipt and as long as the email address matches the order we can email it to you as a PDF.
